5th Annual High Pass Boogie

The 2018 High Pass Boogie is a charity motorcycle community event benefiting the Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation May 11-13, 2018, jointly hosted by two regional motorcycle dealerships, Eurosport Asheville and Frontline Eurosports in Salem, VA. The 5th Annual High Pass Boogie has been moved from Asheville, NC, to the Willville Campground, Meadows of Dan, VA for a full weekend of Southern VA's best motorcycle routes for both on and off-road riding. As in years past, there will be two on-road routes and one dual-sport route for motorcyclists of all abilities, and on all different brands of bikes. The High Pass Boogie welcomes all riders to celebrate and honor the treasure of the Blue Ridge Parkway together as a community. The festivities will begin on Friday, May 11, at the Willville Campground with dinner and camping. Saturday morning, attendees will suit up for a day of riding after a hearty breakfast and coffee. Ride options include three routes, depending on interest and ability, and will all lead back to the Willville Campground for more dinner, campfire time, and camping--as well as a raffle benefiting the Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation. For participants who are not interested in camping, lodging options are provided nearby and shuttling will be available. In addition to being a fun ride for motorcycle enthusiasts, the event organizers are passionate about making sure it is a fundraiser for the Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation. Eurosport Asheville owner, Thomas Montgomery, says, “Our goal for this year’s High Pass Boogie is to raise more essential funds than in years past for the Foundation, as well as have fun building a stronger motorcycle community in the Southeast. We are looking forward to bringing people together for a whole weekend, exploring our beautiful region on motorcycle, and supporting the hard work of the organization dedicated to preserving the natural beauty along the Blue Ridge Parkway.” Participants must pre-register via Eventbrite, as spaces are limited. Registration includes camping and meals, but does not include offsite lodging. Pricing ranges from $125-$375 for registration, with a range of benefits and perks to enhance the experience.
