a great motorcycle friendly campground in Michigan between Cadillac and Manistee.Incredibly clean restrooms and showers, heated pool, water and electric at each site. Enforced quiet hours. Fully stocked party store with beer, wine and liquor. Their family  restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, ice cream and home made pastries. I have been there many times and never disappointed. Bewabic State Park & Glidden Lake State Forest

Located in the small U.P.town of Crystal Falls. There is also a more remote site in the same area is Gliidden Lake camp site. There is no electic and the water is a pump, but it is very beautiful. Submitted by Mike Taunton.

Summer Breeze Campground

This is more of a commercial site, but one needs a laundy, shower and wi-fi sometimes. Here's a letter from the owner... sounds like nice people.

Hi - I wanted to write you a short note today to let you know about our great little Good Sam park located just over the border in Iron Mountain, MI - in the beautiful U.P! My husband and I bought this park 2 years ago and are working hard to make it a top notch place for families and groups.

We are also centrally located to many fine scenic adventures in the U.P.
