While we know there will be a majority of rally attendees camping onsite, there will also be those of us who need hotel/motel accommodations. To avoid some of the pricing/availability problems we have had in the past, the Johnson City Convention and Visitors Bureau has contacted the area hotels/motels listed below to negotiate special rates for our group. While this is not intended to be a list of all available hotels/motels in the area, these are the properties that have provided group rates for our event.

Our rally location is in the tri-cities area that includes Kingsport and Bristol, TN as well as Johnson City. Although rates have not been negotiated in these other cities, there are many options available and in reasonable proximity to the rally location.

If you will need hotel/motel accommodations, we strongly recommend contacting them as soon as you can. Some of properties may already be sold out for our dates. With the attendance we are expecting for this the 37th BMW MOA Rally it will be crowded so make your plans to be a part of it now!
