Here are two important items for BMW MOA Chartered Clubs to consider before Gillette: 1. Chartered Club Rally Attendance and Mileage Awards For Gillette Rally here is the process for signing up for any of the club awards: Pick the method that works best for your club to record the number of members who are at the Rally and to provide the total number of club members. Right, along with the traditional awards we will have an award for the highest percent of club members in attendance. Large clubs can't win all the awards. Where do you take the information -- On or before 1 pm on Saturday afternoon, bring the documentation to the BMW MOA Membership Booth in the Commercial Vendor building. The booth will be located near the Country Store. You can bring the documentation in before 1 pm on Saturday, but please don't try and get it to us after 1 pm. We want to be sure and get the club awards tabulated correctly the first time. While your club representative is dropping off your documentation, you can check with Becky to be sure we have the correct contact information for the club and that the club has paid the annual charter fee due the end of June. Only "Chartered Clubs" are eligible for awards. 2. Chartered Club Exhibit Space Cam-Plex is a large facility and we have space to offer chartered clubs a table and two chairs in a visible location to put out club newsletters, recruit members, put up a banner, promote your club. This space is on a first come, first available basis - because we have space but we do not have an infinite number of tables and chairs. This area may not have electrical outlets if you are thinking about showing a video presentation of club rides or events.
