St Michael’s College is located about 2.2 miles west of the Champlain Valley Exposition, the venue for this year’s MOA International Rally, in Colchester Vermont. You can learn more about the college and take a virtual tour at: www.smcvt.edu/conferences/.

We have reserved a total of 81 traditional dormitory rooms, mostly double occupancy, for $20/night per person. Single rooms will be on a space available basis. Linen will be provided for an additional $12 per person.

We have also reserved 24 four-bedroom townhouses with full living room and kitchen downstairs, bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs. There is paved parking behind the townhouses, mature shade trees and they overlook a large grassy area, perfect for families, for $120 per night per townhouse. Linen will be provided for an additional $12 per person.

Your third choice of on campus housing will be at the Cashman Conference Center. The MOA has reserved 26 of the 8 bedroom suites and 12 of the 4 bedroom suites for our attendees, perfect for groups of friends or local club mates. These suites feature single bedrooms with 1 bathroom per 4 beds. A television is provided in the living room, free coffee, air conditioning and a shared kitchen on each floor. Linen is included in the price of $50 per night for the first bed and $25 per night for each additional bed in the suite.

From Wednesday through Sunday a “special BMW MOA all you can eat” breakfast can be purchased between 9:30 and 10:45 am for only $5.00 per person!

Wednesday through Friday, the GMDR will also be serving a regular breakfast from 7:15-8:30 am for $4.00 per person; lunch from 11:30-1:00 pm for $7.00 per person; and dinner from 5:00-6:00 pm for only $8.00 per person. On Saturday and Sunday in addition to the above “all you can eat breakfast” the GMDR will also offer a Continental Breakfast from 9:00-9:30 am for $2.75 per person; brunch from 11:30-12:30 pm for $6.50 per person; and dinner from 5:00-6:00 pm for $8.00 per person.

Catered group meals can also be arranged in advance of the Rally, to be held in one of the Conference rooms on the St. Michael’s College campus.

Finally there will also be shower facilities available for our Rally attendee’s use in the St. Michael’s Tarrant Recreation Center and the Ross Sports Center from 7:00-9:00 am and from 4:00-7:00 pm.
