We love the BMW MOA, BMW RA and VBMWMO clubs and in appreciation of our fondness for these world-class and time-honored BMW rider organizations, we are offering their members a very special "thank you" incentive, valid for the entire summer.

From July 18, until September 30, 2009 BMW is offering retail incentives worth $500 on the purchase of any new BMW motorcycle, to all active* BMW MOA, BMW RA and VBMWMO members. 

Any active club member of the BMW MOA, BMW RA and VBMWMO, in good standing as of June 30^th 2009, is eligible to receive a $500 retail incentive after the purchase of a new, unreported BMW motorcycle during the program period. This offer, limited to one purchase per club member, can be claimed in addition to any other active retail incentive (subject to eligibility) except the Public Agency Program, Center Employee, Valued Vendor or Military Programs.

These offers are unique and exclusive to BMW MOA, BMW RA and VBMWMO clubs and can not be sold or extended to other riders clubs.

*Program Rules, Eligibility and Process:

• Open to active BMW MOA, BMW RA and VBMWMO club members in good standing as of June 30^th 2009.  
• Applicants must be a member on the actual date of purchase of the BMW motorcycle.
• The MOA, RA and VBMWMO club staff will be wholly responsible for the final confirmation of an applicant's membership and organization status.  Their decision will be regarded by BMW as final and not subject to revision or reversal.
• Only one purchase per club member.  Members of one, two or all three clubs are eligible for one (1) club discount only.
• Eligibility is non-transferable.   Applicant must be an MOA, RA or VBMWMO club member in their own right. Incentives will not be approved to anyone other than the permitted club member.
• Any motorcycle purchased and reported under a name other than the eligible MOA / RA / VBMWMO club member will not qualify.
• Only new, unreported BMW motorcycle sales purchased from an authorized BMW Motorrad USA dealer during the program period (July 18^th - September 30^th, 2009) are eligible under this promotion. 
• S 1000 RR Pre-sale purchase orders are not eligible.
• All forms, (claim form and bill of sale) must be submitted within 60 days of the date of delivery.
• Claims received by BMW after November 30th, 2009 will be considered null and void.
• Applicant is responsible for ensuring that correct documentation is received by BMW Motorrad.
• BMW is not responsible for failure of claim form or contents to be received by BMW or membership confirmation by the respective organization.
• BMW Motorrad USA reserves the right to make changes to the program and/or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
• All claims subject to audit. 
• In the event of improper reporting or other program-related improprieties, BMW Motorrad USA reserves the right to recover payment from the purchaser.

Process:

• Download a claim form from one of the following websites: www.bmwmotorcycles.com, www.bmwmoa.org, www.bmwra.org, www.vintagebmw.org, or pick one up at your local BMW Motorrad USA Dealer.

• Complete all unshaded fields on the claim form.  Forms that are illegible or incomplete will be considered null and void.  For best results please type.

• Attach copy of the Dealership Bill of Sale indicating your purchase details.

Incentive payments:
