Welcome. I'm sure your H-D experience will be a valuable asset to grow relationships with BMW dealers. Also perhaps you can find a way to expand BMW authority sales away from H-D. I was loaned a RT-P from BMW but my agency wouldn't hear of anything other than Harley. Funny how those making that decision don't ride. Everyone who rides a BMW RT-P rates it way better than a Harley.

Glad to have you on board. I'm the perfect profile of rider you're after. I rode a Harley Road King Classic for 10 years. I wanted a different riding experience so I traded the HD and bought a 2015 R1200RT - the first time I rode it was when I drove it off the lot. I couldn't be happier. Anything you can do to strengthen the dealer network would go a long way toward encouraging additional sales.

Good luck in your new position! I look forward to hear how you will use your H-D experience at BMW. BTW my first bike was a 125cc Harley. I probably loved that H-D more than any other bike I've owned since. Again, good luck!
