If you watched Long Way Round and Down how come your not buying one of the GS1150/GS1200. The entire time I was watching those shows I kept thinking, "Why are they trying to ride those pigs when the 650's would be a 1000% better.

Why didn't I buy a 1200GS..... besides the fact I didn't want to spend $20K plus on a bike, the 650 is perfect for 95% of the riding I'll be doing, and it's better offroad.

In a few years when I get the chance to do some long distance touring, I'll add a 1200GS to the barn.

    Corbin

I've attached a photo of my 650 XC with it's new Corbin among other farkles. The Corbin has changed the bike for me. I used to get lower back pain because the stock saddle had zero support. At first, the Corbin feels very firm, but after awhile the support is really nice.
