What's the history of that paint job? Is that something you did or did it come that way?

In 2004 I redid the seat, powder coated the wheels and the screens in front of the motor and radiator.
The paint is pearl white with a blue under coat that shows thru very nice in the sun light.

It's very striking, and I'll bet starts a lot of conversations.

BMW factory City Bags. Small, doors flip open at an angle, and there's a cargo holding compartment inside. I think they look better on a "skinny" bike like the K75S than the full-sized touring bags.

Yeah, that might look pretty hot. Wonder where I could get some already painted...

I could let you have the one I used for my avatar, but your front end
end up with a little wobble. I bent it hitting a pot hole.

    Sequential K75S VIN's

Separated at birth and reunited in Gillette. Greg Feeler and I displayed our sister K's at Gillette in the K-Koncours 25th anniversary show. Greg's bike took well-deserved honors in the show. Had a great time riding up to and at the rally. You can see and read more of the trip at http://motoblog.richardswim.com. There is a link to more photos at end of the blog.
