The standard seat answer IS:
Most here would suggest a search for "seat" or "custom seat" and you will receive enough information to read for a month or so. Here is a condensed version of what you'll find. First, seats are subjective as are butts, secondly some of us have a limited budget and some don't. Many here have tried cheaper alternatives to then spend even more money for the more expensive custom seat. I'm not going to post all the hpyer-links but here's the list.
Cheaper than seat replacement and make some people happy for a lifetime:
Sheepskin seatcovers
Wood bead seatcovers (like truckers and cabbies use)
Gel seatcovers
Airhawk inflatible seat cover
Mass produced aftermarket seats: (most common)
Corbin
Seargent
Custom seat makers:
Bill Mayer saddles (owner is Rocky)
Rick Mayer saddles (brother to above but a completely different business.)
Russell Day-Long saddles
Rick's Upholstery ( I'm not sure that's the exact business name. He's up in Washington or Oregon)
That's the bulk of it and is certainly enough to get you started.
