Side panels for a bullet fairing?

So I saw this at the MOA Rally in St. Paul last month:

Those are some really spiffy wings on the S-fairing. Does anyone know where such a thing can be purchased, manufactured, carved or otherwise acquired? I'd love to have a set.

    Thanks,
    Mel

Hey,thats my bike! The handguards on side of S fairing are 7 to 9 dollar open-face-helmut facesheilds with the 5 snaps removed and zip tied into place. The "lowers" are made from a mailbox split in half & hoseclamp to downtubes of frame.Wife nickname "Mailboxer".Front fender mudflap was trailer tupperware lid.

That's awesome! Thanks for the tips... I'll have to see if I can't fabricate something similar before the weather gets cold(er).
