    Solar charging

I'm looking to construct a solar charger for my K16. Anything I should keep in mind to keep from causing trouble? I was thinking of this set up, but only a random find:

    Warning !!!!

I just received the solar panel that I posted above. The product description in the Amazon ad says "Rugged design works in all weather conditions"

The second warning in the instructions says "Do not expose the solar panel to rain or snow"

WTF?????? A solar panel you can't keep outdoors? Un-freaking-believable
