    Bosch Spark Plug Identification

    Good afternoon,

Trust everyone is having a good summer in between the rain?

Several months ago I bought a package of Bosch Spark Plugs from a chap who I was doing an appraisal for and have no idea what they are even for. They came in a pack of 10 with the following part numbers on the end of the box. Bosch Cr-Electrode Thermo-elastic - 0241 160 500, X300T2 (3 23) 0.6MM.

What are they and what do they fit?

Found the answer. They fit the following Porsche cars 906, 907, 908 and the 911R 6 cylinder. Can figure out why a bike guy had these spark plugs for a BMW Boxer R Series?

Not unusual. Many bike spark plugs are also being used in cars and vice versa. The cars that these plugs were specified for are all competition cars and the "heat" rating could very well match a bike's requirements.
