I'm about an "E" and TCX is great for me. I have both full leather and mesh Gore Tex ones and can wear them twelve hours a day and still be comfortable.

D is considered medium width for men. Wide starts with E.

I wear BMW all around boots - so far they have been excellent. a less expensive really wide pair are Tourmaster Solution 2.0 - I found the all arounds to be more comfortable and liked the zipper/fold on the inside of my calf.
