Heard Spiegler had the best BUT found out that they only go as recent as '09.

Where to get an extended brake line (bar riser caused) for my bike?

They make custom lines. Call them and ask. I have a custom long front brake line on my R12R; it was quite reasonable cost-wise.

This maybe a silly question, but how much did (going to)you rise the handle bars?

Spiegler can make any custom brake line you like. I had them do one for my F800ST. Just let them know the exact length you want.

I doubled up on two bar backs. Prob about 2" up and 2" back as well
