If you mean Fairfax, Va. I've heard Mortons BMW in Fredericksburg, Va. is a good dealer.

Many folks in the local club (BMWBMW) have used and speak very highly of both shops.
While in NOVA (Northern Virginia) I'll go by and visit Mortons.

I visited with Mortons, and left with a set of Tourances, and a replacement rear shock. Ouch.
