Tested today.
Cold bike for 4 days, batt @ 12.99
Ign on, 12.30
Start, 10.50
Fast idle, 14.10
Slow idle, 13.90
Hbeam & PIAAs 13.80
(bike still cold but running)
At speed,13.80-13.75 for 20 min
Ride finished, eng off, ign on, 13.44
Gained 1/2 volt on batt
So, what about the 10.50v when cranking, problem coming soon?

How old is the battery? It seems healthy from the numbers.

The voltage HAS to drop somewhat during the actual cranking; the battery is being sucked hard. 10.5 sounds OK during the crank; it's how it recovers that matters - how long does it take to return to 13+ volts and does it stay there.

Ok good, voltage goes right back to 13.+...
