Sometimes it's the bend in the road that makes life worth the ride.
We had a super time, as usual. Overall there were 15 folks who made it to the Chalet. I am hoping everybody made it home safely. I just got in from plowing snow, which started about 2 hours after I got home. About 3 inches of thick wet stuff. As I was putting the blower away I notices a flash of light, thought maybe a reflection from a window. Then came the thunder, followed by sleet. It'll be interesting in the morning going to work.

Spent the day at O'Hare but got home safe and sound just after midnight. Lots of that white stuff here too.
