Someone on the original forum I posted this on suggested that each failure be considered an incident, and deserves it's own report to NHTSA. Right now - my thinking is- he's right. It means I'll be busy filling out 4 more reports.
YES - 2005 model year
YES - 2006 model year
YES - 2007 model year
YES - 2008 model year
YES - 2009 model year
YES - 2010 model year
YES - 2011 model year (R1200R only I think..)
YES - Multiple fuel strip failures - please note model/year in a comment
NO - fuel strip failure. Please note year/model in a comment
