    Continental Road Attack 2 GT's on a 2010 RT

I'm just about ready for some new tires after putting 10K on the OEM Metzeler Interact Z6's on my 2010 RT. I've been reading and studying as much as I can about alternatives and happened upon the Continental Road Attack 2 "GT".

Seems like a good idea to me...anybody tried these tires yet?

+1 on the PR 3's. Only about 3000 miles on mine, so far, great handling in all weather conditions and all road temperatures.

Thanks for the advice about the PR3's. I am familiar with those tires and their seemingly stellar reputation. I guess I'll be the first to "test" the worthiness of the Conti RA2 "GTs".

The PR3 (rear) is offered in a "B" version indicating it has longer wear for larger sport touring bikes and two up riding but the front PR3 has no such distinction.

The Conti RA2 GT has the GT designation for both front and rear tires.

My issue with the Metz Z6 Interact is the front tire cupped at about the 4000 mile mark and thus roars like hell at any lean angle. The bike also started handling oddly about the same time. Not bad but just doesn't feel planted. I've tried to keep a good eye on tire pressure but to no avail. This pisses me off.

Looking at prices for tires also tends to raise blood pressure. The Conti's are by far the most expensive of the tires I'm considering.
