Embedding video

What are the steps for embedding video from Vimeo? I copied the embed code and pasted it, but the video plays and then displays several other of my videos. I'd like to only embed the one video.

Sorry about all that...I did something really goofy and I needed help to correct it.

Anyway, here's what I had posted (minus the goofy stuff):

I suspect there's something peculiar about grabbing the embed link. Here's a few threads in the past about vimeo videos.
