Wendy and I took a little day trip to Eureka Springs AR last week end. We had grown tired of the eateries in the 'old' part of town and ventured out for a change of pace. ( We go there alot!)

Well, I never could imagine that behind the frilly, flowery,lace coverd widows of a 'tea room' that I would have one of the most delicious and filling lunches I have had in a long time!

The place is called 'Simply Scrumptous Tea Room'. It is on US 62, its physical address is 185 E van Buren. Not just 'foo foo' finger food, but big hearty sandwiches and soups! They are only open 11:00 am to 2:00 pm though. Worth a try if your in Eureka Springs!
