Departing Atlanta on an R 1200 GS on October 9 and riding to Deals Gap. What are the best roads to take and places to stop, enjoy and eat along the way. Returning to Atlanta on October 13.

(I don't mean to be rude, but I've read all the pros and cons of the Tail of the Dragon, so I do not need a lot more information on why or why not to ride that stretch.)
