The old R90 had over 350,000 miles on it before I parted with it.

I would love to get that out of this one.

I have been riding it on short trips with no issues. I haven't made it into the dealer yet. Winter is here. It is probably the best time to have it looked at.

I had Vulcan 750 that left me on the side of the road more than once. I finally noticed that one of the three alternator leads was broken right where it comes out of the alternator, so the bike was only putting out 2/3 power. When I spliced the broken lead back together, I never had another problem.
