    What kind of oil would this one need?

    And... do you think it runs hot? All that tupperware. Maybe OK in Germany. In real-world riding in US southwest or southeast it would likely melt...

    They do stuff like that in Europe where a 300 mile trip might cross 3 countries. Here we adjust our valves and change diaphrams and argue the merits of different oil.

    I agree Paul. Way too much worry about oil. Just put in something designed for your type of machine and ride. If you change your oil every 3,000 miles like I think you should, you should never have any problems. Dino or synthetic.

    Ha, not sure if you meant that tongue-in-cheek, but it made me laugh since the oilhead spec is 6,000 miles.
