low beam bulb replacement

I need to replace my low beam on my r1150rt for preventive maint. I know how to access the bulb but am having trouble removing the black plug with the wire leads. Does it just pull off or is there a release. Thanks for any help

Thanks for the tip but the video does not show the removal of the black electrical plug. Wondering if it just pulls off. I guess mine is stuck to the bulb.

if its a 3-prong connector, just pull. maybe a spritz of some WD40 to loosen things up a bit.
