Is there a way to test the radiator fan on my K100RT with out removing it?? Wire to jump or circuits to short that would make the fan come on? I have the tank and tupperware off.

Not sure but this is a common wear item on our bikes. Mine was fried.
Beemerboneyard sells them but they're out of stock.
eBay motors has them as does Motobins.
A new motor did the trick for me & I had to pull radiator out to replace on my workbench.
Sometimes you have to go back to the original BMW web source:

Make sure to do the spin test FIRST! If it doesn't spin freely with your fingers, applying voltage to it or doing the idle test will just fry the fan motor.
