mileage award question

Question #1, I have my 100,000 BMWMOA award application filled out, signed by all and I need to mail it to someone.
Who? Where?

Question #2, I just added a new bike to my fleet and need to add it to the summer mileage program. Again, Who, Where do I send the info?
