Although I happened to be on my other "shaftee" this day, I enjoyed a little run up the oft-overlooked "Garden Highway" north of Sacramento, CA along the eastern levee of the Sacramento River. Springtime flowers, fair to excellent pavement and a nice transition from a harried today to a simpler yesterday.
