Did you start it up and took it for a spin and the lights are still flashing? It is a different system than mine so I can't help beyond that, unless your battery is low and possibly caused a relay to fuse.

The rear brake reservior is sensitive to fluid level, if it's a touch low you will get that fault.
I found out way the abs light was on, the rear brake tank has two side, the one one the inside of the bike was low.
