First BMW!

Last week I sold my beloved 1994 CBR900RR to buy a 2000 R1100RT. I spent the last 5 months doing research on this forum and finally bit the bullet. I had decided that I was going to ride to work pretty much year round and the CBR just wasn't cuttting it.

I selected this particular bike because the price was right and it had a trailer hitch already attached. I also race an RZ350 and FZR400 with WERA. My long term plan is to get a single rail trailer and tow one of the bikes to whatever track I'm racing. Plus enjoy a comfortable commute every day!

So you spent 5 months doing research on the forum...how did you have time to do anything else!! That's quite a colorful stable of bikes, you've got. I'm sure you'll enjoy the new ride!!
