Has anyone had to send your BMW gear in for repair?

I have sent my Tourage jacket in for zipper repair and it has taken a .......long.......long time. The dealer has been great to deal with but the repair center sent the jacket back with a new slide but it was the wrong slider..... sent back.... 6 weeks later no jacket... Sorry had to rant.

Has this happened before to you?
