"The Lincolnaires" were a cover band that played at the 2002 MOA International rally in Trenton, Ontario. They are great entertainers and are responsive to the crowd.
I'd attend a rally just to hear them play again!![]()

Anybody know of any decent, local R&B bands?
Chuck Alvarez, in Redmond, was OK in my books, but he lacked a definitive style.
I'd like to hear some St. Louis or Chicago blues.

Maybe they could get a cover band doing some Howlin' Wolf blues.
Now THAT would be cool!!
The Reverend Billy Wirtz.

Given the conservative nature of the MOA I think Rev Billy would scare some people, (that in itself would be fun to watch).
First time I saw him live back in the late 80's I was concerned lightning might strike his piano. He is funny but only if you have a liberal sense of humor and aren't afraid of adult themes. This ain't no gospel show.
Am I the only one who's a Sam Bush fan? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KWuxaO0SQPE. Howlin' at the Moon is one of my favorites.

The Wild Jimbos also do a great version of the Sam Bush classic.

Too late now to throw his name out, but Webb Wilder is one of those hard to categorize acts the same as Paul Thorn. Also from MS. Hhmm...
Looks like he's booked in NE on the 22nd that weekend, though.
Good & different - worth a look for future rallies. Samples of his work are on Youtube (no surprise there). I like Human Cannonball.![]()

Wirtz's Grandma's At The Wheel might not go over so well. Otherwise, he'd be a hoot to bring in.
How about Dickey Betts and Great Southern? Now that would be cool!
How about Billy Joel? He actually rides motorcycles, owns a custom bike shop, and his daily rider is a BMW R65, not some other brand. Seems like he'd be a good fit!
