First oil change question - 06 RT

Here is an oil change video from Max BMW that demonstrates the oil change process using the appropriate tools very well. The only thing that I do differently than he does is I fill the new oil filter with oil before I install it. There are varying opinions as to whether this matters or not, but that's how I've always done it. I don't work for Max's and have no financial interest in their business. I'm going to pick up one of the many fluted oil filter tools ASAP.

@lkChris: One of my favorite rides in the country is Rt. 104 between Tucumcari & Las Vegas (NM). Beautiful! Can't wait to do it again.
