hershey pa folks

Not bmw related, but I am a bmw rider
My college student son and family need me to come fix his car starting jan 5. and do some other work on the other car .
so I was wondering if anyone in the hershey area has or knows of garage space I can rent for 3 weeks.(tear apart, order parts, machine shop) Need to be able to enclose, have electricity, hard floor of course.
hes looked into some of the storage untis and some either did not like people working on cars or others had no electricity

Im 58 and ride a BMW R80
My son is 28 wiht 3 kids, we will be working on his toyota corolla

so its not like your renting to a bunch of shadetree yahoos working on a loud race car or bike or stripping some stolen vehicle

How are the repairs going? I'm 20 minutes away, in Elizabethtown, not a mechanic, but have tools, jack, lights. Let me know if you need anything.
