    Roads north of Oxnard for an afternoon ride?

    Coming to LA for work and going to have an afternoon to rent a bike and ride north from LAX to Oxnard and then north to return to LAX the next day.
    Any suggested rides? ( will likely be on a full dressed HD) due to no beemers to fit my needs. THanks for looking - #27501

    Only one day? Darn... Eagle Rider is practically around the corner from LAX.
    Check out route 33 to Ojai and 126 to Santa Maria. Could be a full day depending on traffic & how you ride...
    If that's too long, still take 33, but when you come down out of the hills north of Ojai, you come to the Ozona Fire Station: turn right (east) on to Lockwood Valley Road. That'll take you back to Interstate 5, and then 126 back to Oxnard.
