Olympia is cut bigger & longer, so look at the European marketed brands. They seem to cut a lot smaller than those that sell mostly in America. Rev'It, & the BMW branded stuff in women's gear is smaller cut just like in the Men's.

A friend of mine who is very petite, probably about 4'10" or so wears some Joe Rocket gear that seems to fit her pretty well.
