I don't have a file since I rarely had my GPS on due to the rain and I wasn't following a preset route. I tend to navigate with paper maps and get an idea of where I'm headed the next day when I'm sitting around camp, or in hotel rooms. I often stop during the day to check my maps and figure out where to go. That said, I will put the route together using mapsource and share it. I find mapsource somewhat puzzling but know the rudiments of how to use it and should be able to make a file of my route.
