    Visiting the DC/Silver Springs area

Need to know of a good seafood place while I am here on business. Or other good local establishments that us tourist might miss.

If you are in downtown DC (sorry, don't know squat about Silver Spring dining!), Oceanaire is a current "in" seafood place. 1201 F Street, NW

not in the Sliver Springs area but down in Northern VA a bit south of Woodbridge and sitting right on the Runny 'ol' Potomac river is place called Tim's Rivershore, best damn crab cakes in the entire Metro area, no filler, all crab and a great local establishment.
