I posted this question previously, but got no replies, so one more time, if we were coming early, say Mon. and was available Tues. to help set up, where and when are you supposed to be somewhere? Got no preference, dont really know anybody on any of these commitees and so forth.

I think all the folks needing volunteers say to email them to sign up and let them know your plans that way both sides sort of know what to expect???

Building a functional 'city' in 2 days means people will be everywhere, doing all kinds of things.

Registration Desk is always needed, as well as security.

Your best bet is to email a rally chair for what you are interested in.

If there is an area that you would like to volunteer....send an email to that committee chair or the volunteer chair. For those that want to help with general setup, you can show up at 9 am on Monday or Tuesday at the tank display on the fairgrounds. It is pretty easy to find. Here is a list of committee chairs...as previously posted, feel free to introduce yourself:

Thanks for your interest in volunteering. The rally depends on thousands of volunteer hours.

Please stop by the GS dirt track on the horse track infield, we may need extra hands.
