I have the Scala G4 power-set and the multi-tech. I found that unfortunately I had to use the sticky tape mount since I could not get the tab to slide under the liner like I used it on the X-Eleven.

Thanks Larry, how was the result? Did it increase noise levels as I notice when I dry mounted the unit there seem to be a small gap between the unit and helmet? Did the unit loosen over time due to the repeated stress of taking the helmet on and off?
The setup seems secure and operational with the exception of one thing. I cannot (with Garmin and Scala"s help) been able to get the phone to work. I have the scala paired to the zumo and the phone paired to the Zumo with the phone priority. The music and Garnin directions to the helmet just fine. When the phone rings I hear it in the headphones and can touch the accept call on the Zumo but the other person can never hear me. We have checked and the mics are functional and work fine in intercom mode. Everyone blames it on the Iphone 4.
Who knows??

I do not have the Scala but I do have the Sena and Multi-Tec.
I too thought that I would not be able to get the mount in the helmet but I used 2 tong depressors to open it up and then slid it in between them.
Might be worth a try.
