Maybe something extremely informal.
A gathering at point X on Fri or Sat around 9-10AM...an hour or two of kicking tires/telling lies...a short ride...lunch...
We could certainly have it put in the rally schedule.
I will attempt to contact the rally chairperson (?) in charge of events and see what I can arrange.

I had a banner. That helped...
Make some signs w/ stakes and bring them with you.
Identify an area and broadcast it here during the rally.
Bring a pad and sharpie and leave a note on hacks that you see. I used post-it notes. (color stands out)
Not all that I invited showed either... Some have plans etc so those who want to be there will.

but at the Ohio rally a sidecar gathering materialized and there must have been 20 rigs that showed up. It quickly gathered a rather large crowd!
