University Lodging Reservation Form Now Available

I just received the February edition of the Owners News in the mail today (4 February). In there you will find the reservation form which you need to send to Bloomsburg University, along with payment, if you want to reserve one of the available university apartments. There are three options available (two, four and six bedrooms), all explained in the ON. If you haven't yet received your copy of the ON, and are interested in this lodging option, you can also find the same information by following the link below (this is a link to special pages on Morton's BMW website that contain the reservation form, along with details/floorplans of the available apartments). I could not find anything on the MOA Rally website, but presumably that's coming.

Not only are those rates a bit high, you can't even enjoy a frosty beverage at the end of the day!

I think the rates include access to the food court, but I could be wrong.

I'll be attending with wife, daughter, son-in-law and two grandkids ages 2 and 3. The dorm suite looks perfect for us, and since the kiddos won't be driving, they'll just have to have a cold one at the rally site!

    It's nice to have options.

Well, technically the form just prohibits alcoholics, not alcohol.

    Dorm Rooms

When you consider the number of people that can go in on the different rooms I think it's pretty cheap. For instance the 2 bedroom is $100 a night, split that $50 a night and close to the food court! Thats cheaper than any hotel I usually stay in.

Exactly. If I were one of the organizers I'd be pulling my hair out if I were to read complaints about the dorm room prices.

    dorm cost

Please make sure that you understand that the per night cost is for the entire apartment, not per bedroom.

These are not the cement block dorms that many of us grew to love during our college days, but nice apartments. Here is more info on the Morton's BMW website:

    Good place for non-drinkers

This sounds like a great deal for those who do not drink. I will be camping with my cooler close by.

Thanks for clearing that up. I thought it was per person.

What the Urban Dictionary says about Bloomsburg University.

A drinking Town with a College Problem. A party school. A place where the beer flows like wine, and frat boys instinctively flock to the bars and to Sal's for pizza.

Stay home and drink all you want. That way you won't offend the rest of us civilized people. Maybe Sturgis is better for you?

I take it you won't be volunteering for a shift in the beer garden.
