Personally I swear by the yellow offerings from Arai, some others including Fog City. The amber ones do not impress me as much.

The yellow works good in bright sunshine, shade and even passes in the dark. Works great on back roads moving in and out of heavy shade, it enhances the flat light that can hide surprises. Even worked great in the tunnels in Europe.
