This year we are fortunate to have secured camping on night three at the North Sydney/Cabot Trail KOA. As their site says: "All our sites are terraced, and overlooking the Seal Island bridge, a light house, small islands, and the larger Boularderie Island. Amenities include wonderful natural pure (spring fed) well water, salt water swimming on our private beach, fishing, concrete boat ramp, mini golf, playground, horseshoes, arcade games and oyster bed." "The unforgettable Seal Island restaurant and motel gives all KOA guests a special 2 for one menu, where two can mix and match entr?®es, enjoying great cuisine and wonderful ambiance, for under $20.00, within sight of the park." We have been able to secure this fine location for $10 per person. They have promiised a Best View location and it is only minutes from our start on the Cabot Trail. A couple of pics.

Bloomsburg is in two weeks and we'll be there to answer any questions etc regarding the Salty Fog Riders Rally as well as providing general touring info for Nova Scotia. We will have Nova Scotia maps, travel info pamphlets and copies of the Motorcyclist Guide To Nova Scotia. You can find us by locating the following banner that we'll have on our tent site. Please stop by! - Bob

Eric
We leave for Bloomsburg tomorrow am and bringing banner (see above), Nova Scotia information, Salty Fog Riders Rally registration forms (10 may be it!) and a gift of gab for those interested in riding to Nova Scotia in the future. See you there! - Bob
Somehow missed you at the rally. Must have been the heat. How can I get a registration form?

send email to saltyfogriders@gmail.com and we will forward to you. Glad that you can join us. I think that the temperature at the rally made it much more difficult for networking. Our temps should be in the upper 70's for the rally. - Bob
ONLY 35 MORE DAYS- Bob and Mary
Bob, Did you get the barn done? Great seeing you both, and thanks for taking care of us.

I think Barley and I are in. Everything looks doable except convincing my boss that I should be allowed another week and change off when I've already taken two weeks. But heck, when you get 32 days a year you need to take the time or lose it. Since I don't vacation in winter (too harsh to leave the house -- if power fails while we're gone pipes tend to freeze and rupture) I end up maxing my vacation time before Spring. Better to bleed some off now.
Or at least that's the argument I'll present to the boss. The "Sidecars are great for hauling the group's beer" argument probably won't fly.
Stay tuned.

Bob & Mary,
Enjoyed meeting you both at Bloomsburg. PEI Ron encouraged me to "take a
ride on up" to enjoy the great weather & rally that you host. I rode with three
of your Salty Fog Rider alumni last year traveling from the Redmond Rally; all
confirmed your coastline tour & Larrys River are not to be missed! As a follow-
up to my post #22; Dara & I are putting the "finishing touches" on our plan to
join you this year. The check is "in the mail" with the pre-registration form!
We really look forward to seeing you both & sharing the adventure with others.
