We will check to see that:

1) you don't look like a dork

2) your bike doesn't look like a dork

3) you have the right gear: helmet, eye protection, gloves, boots and full-length padded clothing.

4) your bike is your bike, but we will advise you to:

- remove your saddlebags
- remove your mirrors
- remove your windscreen and turn signals

now, if you see me out there on my KLR 250 and say that i look like a dork, well, then...... i AM a dork!

Thats easy just go on the Black Dakar ride and the route will break those things off.

I hope I can get in on the GS giant Track competition this late in the game Just got back last week from a 16week ride so I'm just getting resettled into town (1 block from Fairgrounds) and had I known Ida joined in for the GS GIANT nooo doubt! Awesome stuff
