    Barley and me setting out on our shakedown cruise to see if bike, rider, dog and sidecar could handle 2k miles together.

    Evidence that Barley was having as much fun as me!

    Homeward bound after meandering around the North Bay/Algonquin region of Ontario, and upstate NY. Next year we'll circumnavigate the Great Lakes!

    I volunteer as an assistant crew leader for the Washington Trails Association. Last year we spent a month of weekends or more logging out blowdown on the Horseshoe Ridge Trail in the Gifford Pinchot. My crew for one of the weekends.
