Hi everyone.. I am figthing a no start on my r80.

I cleaned both carbs and the right side one is still having trouble.

I noticed on this carb that there is a vacuum port right under the exit of the carb that on the left side carb is plugged with a cap. this side doesnt have a cap.

Should it be capped? I tried covering it with my finger but it didnt make a difference so I thought I would ask.

The bike basically start and runs on one cylinder if I try to give it gas it wants to die.
