    What are the arrows for?

On this webite's homepage, the subject bar on the left now has arrows by some (e.g., 2005 Rally), but not all (e.g., this Forum), of the subjects. Thinking an arrow indicated new information was available on the Rally, I clicked on it but found nothing new.

The arrows were put there to indicate that the menu will expand when you click on it. The idea being that it will show you that there are things under the About button but if you click on the Forum there is no additional options under the menu.

    Make sense?
