Ohlins are being installed on my R12GS as we speak! I've been okay with the stock shocks, but at 66,000 miles the rear shock is leaking, so I decided to pull the trigger and replace both. Surprisingly, the price difference between the Ohlins and a new set of stock shocks is less than 10 percent!So getting the Ohlins is a no-brainer as far as I'm concerned.

Those are great premium shocks and if they blow a seal and start leaking the dealer should be able to rebuild them. Just save those old shocks as a spare if you need them rebuilt.
How much $$$? Mine is the GSA and they are even more $$$, over 2 grand, I've been told... Randy
